I help Adelaide businesses, organisations and individuals show the world who they are, what they do, and why it matters.
Science, health,
and then the light.
I’ve been a lab scientist, a dietitian, and a public health officer who spent eight years delivering health messages to the public.
In that time I learned about social marketing and how to truly engage an audience with a message. Along the way I discovered photography, and realised that creating content was the work that set my soul alight. That led to Capture the Present as it is today.
I love working with people to create content that truly represents their vision and shows the world the value they have to offer. I do that with evocative, striking images that communicate your values, identity and story. No bland, boring images here.
Aesthetically, I love a cinematic style, and I specialise in portraiture, brand and event photography.

When I’m not behind the lens, I’m eating everything under the sun, meditating on hills, trying to optimise my body – whether it’s sports, yoga or breathwork, buried in a graphic novel & trying to make the most of the moments during my time on this earth.
